Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Ireland usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

We do not offer world wide shipping yet, but it is something that we plan on doing in the near future.

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow its progress.

We offer a 28-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Simply post your item back to our store address (TW Menswear, 5 Main Street, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan) along with your order number. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Pay in 3).

Klarna is currently available for online orders only. But you can do a click and collect while in store.
