Ordered a jacket for my husband- there had been an issue with the zip in a large department store so I asked on line could they check the zip for me, they videoed a staff member opening and closing the jacket to show it was all good. Ordered the jacket and it was delivered the following morning. Fantastic customer service. Loved it.
